## What would your family still need to arrange?

A will, life insurance, or a funeral preference may still leave decisions about your final resting place. Cemetery planning addresses the location and related goods and services, whether you’re considering burial or a place for cremated remains.

Rooted in family

## They’ll be grieving. Give them fewer decisions to make.

Choosing a resting place. Comparing costs. Arranging payment. These are decisions your loved ones may otherwise face while grieving, sometimes without knowing what you would have wanted.

Planning ahead lets you share your wishes and address arrangements now, giving them more room to support each other and remember you.

## Frequently asked questions.

What do pre-need and immediate-need mean?

Pre-need planning means making interment arrangements before a death. Immediate-need arrangements are made after a death, usually by the family or whoever is handling the person’s affairs. Ben’s service focuses on pre-need planning.

How is this different from funeral planning?

Funeral planning addresses services and arrangements surrounding a death. Interment planning focuses on the final resting place. The two are connected, but arranging one does not necessarily complete the other.

Are the checklist and consultation really free?

Yes. The planning checklist and the 15-minute introductory consultation are free, with no obligation to purchase a package. You can use what you learn to continue on your own.

Why plan if I’m healthy?

Planning ahead gives you time to ask questions, compare options, and share your wishes. You can participate in decisions someone else may otherwise need to make after your death.

What if I don’t feel ready to talk about this?

You don’t have to make every decision at once. Start with your questions and what matters to you. Ben helps you find a manageable next step.

I have a will and life insurance. Do I still need to consider this?

It helps to check what is actually arranged. Your loved ones may still need to choose a final resting place, understand your preferences, and arrange the related purchases and services.

What if I want to be cremated?

Cremation is one decision. You may also want to consider where your remains will rest, whether in a cemetery, at home, or through scattering or another option. Each choice raises different practical questions. Ben can help you identify what to ask about the options you are considering.

My family lives in different places. How do I choose a location?

There may not be an obvious answer. Ben can help you consider family ties, distance, personal wishes, and the practical questions involved in your options.

What if my partner and I want different things?

Different wishes are a reason to begin the conversation. Ben makes room for each person’s preferences and helps you explore relevant cemetery options.

Why use an advisor when I can contact a cemetery myself?

You can contact cemeteries directly. Ben’s paid packages add preparation before meetings, accompaniment during the included visits, and a review afterward to help you consider what you learned.

Does Ben’s fee include cemetery purchases?

No. His packages cover advisory support and the specified accompanied visits. Cemetery property, goods, and services are purchased separately.

What if I move after making arrangements?

Transfer, cancellation, and refund terms vary by provider and purchase. These are important questions to ask before committing. Do not assume an arrangement can automatically move with you.

Can planning ahead help with costs?

Some cemeteries offer advance-planning discounts or payment options. Availability and terms vary. Exploring these ahead of time gives you a chance to understand costs and consider how to pay.
